Delivery Details
- Newquay Camping and Leisure will normally despatch your order within 5 working days. In most cases, because products are generally available from stock, your order will be despatched earlier than this.
- If for any reason we are unable to honour this commitment then we will inform you as soon as possible.

Return Policy
Please contact, either by phone or e mail with the following information:
- Your full name, address and a daytime contact telephone number
- Your original Newquay Camping Leisure order number
- The reason you wish to return the item (is it faulty, unwanted)
We will then instruct you what to do next. Please do not return without contacting us first.
What you need to return:
- The product in its original box and packaging
- If faulty, a covering letter detailing the fault
- A copy of your purchase receipt (please do not send the original) or your order number, name & address
- Your daytime telephone number and return address.
Please note that we can only accept returned goods if they are still of merchandisable quality.
Goods are returned at customers own expense unless otherwise agreed by Newquay Camping and Leisure prior to returning the goods
If needed we open 9 till 9 in the months of July and August if you need to ring us for advice or anything.
